DPM Research is invited to teach a seminar in program evaluation at Carleton University
DPM Research was invited as guest lecturer for the graduate class Program Evaluation Planning and Designs (PADM5445) at Carleton University. Victoria E. Díaz presented on how to track, summarize and analyze evidence using a database tool developed by DPM Research for documenting the evaluation process. The emphasis was on the structure of the evaluation process and its transparency, incorporating the use of multiple lines of evidence and the synthesis of their results and findings as guided by the evaluation matrix. Another originality of the database is the inclusion of a field to record the concept of weight of evidence.
